John Buschlen; 77, died Sunday at his home in Homer Township. Born in Switzerland April 1, 1872, he had lived in Homer for three years and in Midland County {Michigan} for the past 39 years.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Susanna Buschlen; one daughter, Mrs. William Wood of Saginaw; one granddaughter, Miss Lorraine Rueff of Saginaw; one brother, Peter of Gladwin; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Gaag of Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. Elizabeth Albrecht of Midland.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Burial will be in the Roselawn Cemetery, Saginaw. Friends may call at the Wilson Funeral Home until noon Tuesday and at the church from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday.

The former Miss Fayetta N Buschlen, Mrs. Wood was born May 13, 1897, in Gladwin County and lived in Midland from 1917 until 1938 when she moved to Saginaw.
Surviving besides her husband are a daughter, Lorain A Rueff, and three setpchildren, Mary, Ginger, and Frank, all at home. Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed.
