MARCH 1981

Robert E. Bueschlen 61, of 622 Brookfield Ave. East Ridge, died Wednesday afternoon in a local hospital. Mr. Bueschlen held memberships with the Chattanooga Board of Realtors, and the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. A veteran of World War II, he was a member of the American Legion Post 95 and V.F.W. Lookout Point.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lorna Goebel Bueschlen; two daughters, Mrs. Debbie Bueschlen Allen of Chattanooga, and Mrs. Pam Bueschlen Hawes of Ringgold, Ga.
Two sisters, Mrs. Orville Weidman of Caro, Mich, and Miss Wava Bueschlen of Fort Wayne, Ind; one grandson, several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd with the Rev. Clifford Herd officiating.
Internment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of the Chattanooga Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday.

BUSCHLEN, Arthur Stewart -- At Calgary, Alberta on Thursday July 16, 1981. Arthur Stewart Buschlen of Barrie, beloved husband of the late Mary Buschlen. Dear father of Joan (Mrs. F.D.Butler) of Calgary, Alberta and Walter of Parry Sound. Dearly loved grandfather of Sandra, Judith and Jennifer Butler and Laura and Neil Buschlen. Resting at the Steckley Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, after 2 p.m. Tuesday, until 11 a.m. Wednesday. Funeral services at St. George's Anglican Church, Barrie, on Wednesday July 22, at 1 p.m. Internment at Markdale Cemetery. Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated by the family.
